3) Me and my son are huge fans of both LEGO and Star Wars, so when we saw the Captain Rex’s at-TE set we just had to have it. And boy oh boy, did we have a blast building it together! It took us a few hours but it was totally worth it when we saw the final product standing over 7 inches high and 12 inches long. I just got the LEGO Star Wars The Clone Wars Coruscant Guard Gunship and I have to say, it’s out of this world! The detail on this brick-built gunship is incredible and it comes with 5 awesome minifigures. Chancellor Palpatine, Commander Fox, 2 Coruscant Guards, and even Padmé Amidala are all included in this set. And let me tell you, they do not disappoint. Each one has their own blaster and they’re all ready for action. It’s like having your own little Clone Wars adventure right at home!
When I saw that the Coruscant Guard Gunship had 2 pilot cockpits and 2 stud shooters, I knew this was going to be a blast to play with. And I was right! This set is designed for aerial battles and it really delivers. The adjustable cannons are a nice touch too. But what really sold me on this set is the space inside for troopers and equipment. You can pull down the rear hatch or slide open the side for access to the cabin. It’s perfect for recreating scenes from The Clone Wars or coming up with your own adventures.
I recently bought the LEGO Star Wars The Clone Wars Coruscant Guard Gunship as a gift for my nephew who is a huge Star Wars fan. And let me tell you, he was over the moon when he opened it!
